Whether the housing is manufactured by GGI International or not, you will be requested to provide us with certain specifications according to the following situations:
- Manufacturing of the housing by GGI International:
- Raw Material: Specifications and type
- Surface finish: Type of finish
- Color: PMS or color match
- Type of fasteners and part numbers: If components such as studs, standoffs etc. are included in the assembly of the housing, specific part numbers must be supplied
- Cut-outs: Detailed mechanical drawings to be supplied
- Tolerances: Manufacturing and assembly tolerances
- Shipping format: To be specified
- Design of the membrane switch keypad according to an existing generic housing or to a custom housing manufactured by the customer:
- Raw material and surface finish: Required for proper adhesive selection
- Detailed mechanical drawing: Required
- Depth of the recess: Sectional views of the housing indicating the depth of the recess
- Tolerances: Manufacturing tolerances
- Shipping Format: To be specified
