GGI International has successfully implemented a lean manufacturing process across its production floor, resulting in shorter product development cycle times for our customers.
The practice of lean manufacturing techniques can be seen at every level of company operations; from the time a customer requests a quote, all the way to product shipment, the GGI team is constantly reviewing performance indicators, implementing visual production management techniques, implementing and maintaining 5S, hosting Kaizen work sessions with staff members regularly as well as cross-training employees and focusing on added-value processes across the entire organization.
GGI's ultimate goal is to eliminate non-value added processes from our operations and providing exceptional product quality at the best possible cost, on time.
